Event Space Installation
The installation phase is where planning meets reality. This isn't just about putting things together; it's an orchestrated sequence of logistical movements, engineering checks, and trade coordination. A single delayed delivery can bottleneck an entire build. We run our installation sites with rigorous discipline.
Site Preparation & Delivery Sequencing
Before a single truck arrives, the site is surveyed, marked out, and prepared. If ground protection is required for heavy vehicles, that goes down first. We sequence deliveries based on the critical path of the build. Heavy structural elements and floor cassettes arrive first. You do not want furniture trucks blocking access for the crane lowering your concrete anchor weights.
Assembly of Structural Frames & Floors
The framework is built methodically. Aluminum portal frames are assembled on the ground and then hoisted into position. Once the bays are locked together and the roof tensioned, the structure achieves its core strength. We then move immediately to flooring. Getting a solid, level floor down early changes the nature of the site from a construction zone to an architectural interior, making all subsequent work safer and faster.
Electrical Coordination & Lighting Installation
With the shell up and floor down, trades can begin. Electrical coordination is paramount. Safe routing of cables is planned to avoid trip hazards, often running underneath the sub-floor or secured neatly along the structural beams. Lighting grids and trusses are flown next. We ensure that heavy lighting rigs are installed and tested before the delicate interior work begins.
Furniture, Finishes, and Handover
Once overhead work is complete, the final finishes are applied. Event carpet is rolled out, temporary walls are clad, and furniture is placed according to the digital floor plan. Our teams walk the space continuously, ensuring alignments are sharp and sightlines are clean.
The final handover involves a rigorous safety check. We review emergency exit lighting, fire extinguisher placement, and structural integrity sign-offs. Only when the venue meets our exact standards do we hand the keys to the client.
The Dismantling Process
When the event ends, the process reverses. Dismantling is often executed on a tighter timeline than the build, requiring even greater coordination to ensure safe removal in a tired environment. The site is cleared, swept, and returned exactly to its original state.
