Event Infrastructure Services

Heavy duty temporary trackway and generator compound set up at night

The glamor of an event is built on the unglamorous realities of power grids, water tanks, and fencing. Without robust infrastructure, a venue simply cannot operate. We handle the heavy lifting that transforms a bare field into a fully serviced, compliant, and safe environment.

Power Distribution & Temporary Utilities

Event power is not a matter of running extension cords. It requires complex load calculations. Kitchens pull immense power, as do HVAC units and lighting rigs. We supply sound-attenuated generators, twin-pack systems for redundancy, and comprehensive distribution boards. Cable ramps and trenched routing ensure that power gets where it needs to go without creating trip hazards.

Water and waste management are equally critical. We coordinate the delivery of fresh water tanks, pressurized pumping systems for catering, and discreet waste removal solutions to keep the site sanitary.

Heavy-Duty Flooring and Access Routes

Protecting the ground and ensuring vehicle access in all conditions is vital. We utilize heavy-duty aluminum or plastic trackway to build temporary roads. This ensures that articulated lorries, cranes, and emergency vehicles can navigate the site even after heavy rainfall, preventing the venue from becoming a mudbath before guests even arrive.

Perimeter Security and Barriers

A venue needs clear boundaries. We provide extensive fencing solutions ranging from high-security anti-climb perimeters to aesthetically pleasing crowd-control barriers for queuing areas. Back-of-house areas are screened off using opaque fencing to keep the magic intact for the attendees while maintaining a secure working environment for staff.

Installation Coordination and Close-Down

Infrastructure is the first thing on site and the last thing to leave. Our teams coordinate the delicate timing of utility installation, ensuring power and light are available for the structural crews. During the close-down, the infrastructure is systematically dismantled. Generators are powered down, trackway is lifted, and the site is rigorously cleared of all equipment and waste, returning it precisely to its original condition.
